All items that are unwanted in spite of the statement of the cosmetic wear in the item description can be returned in a saleable and unused condition with all original packaging within the 30 day returns period from date of delivery. Delivery costs will be deducted from amount in the event a customer asks for a refund. Units must be free of any password protection and reverted back to their factory settings. All units not meeting this condition will incur a 10% labour and administration deduction from refund amount. In addition, if items are returned as unwanted yet accurately described a 10% re-stocking, testing and re-sale charge will be applied from refund.
